F.B. assembles gas and air compression skids of various types, including centrifugal, reciprocating, liquid ring, screw, and customized applications. The entire process is carried out in-house, with skids fully assembled in our warehouse by integrating electrically or gas-powered compressors provided by our clients. This approach enables us to deliver ready-to-use skid-mounted solutions, complete with piping, supports, valves, and the required equipment.
The skids are designed and constructed in compliance with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, BS, DIN, UNI, AWS, ANSI, EN, and PED. Standards for explosive risk areas with hazardous characteristics are strictly adhered to, and applicable certification standards, including EMC/EMI, CU-TR (formerly GOST), BV, DNV-GL, ABS and others, are followed.
Lube Oil Units, Seal and Control systems are designed to supply pressurized lubrication oil in various types of industrial plants. Lubrication systems include pumps, heat exchangers, filters and control instrumentation.
Lube Oil skids inject temperature-monitored oil into the bearings before, during and after the skid performance. Assembled on iron structures, they are designed to be safely carried to the Client’s site. Our offer of products constructed in our workshop includes:
Cooling water control units for alternative and centrifugal compressors, and for other machineries. They include tank pumps, heat exchangers, filters and control instrumentation.
Our Seal Gas Panels are constructed according to ISO 10438:2008 Part 4, and API 614, 5th Edition, Chapter 4.
These panels include instrumentation, manifolds, filters, piping and tubing; they are designed and constructed in compliance with applicable codes and regulations and according to our Clients’ specifications.
These units are specifically designed to protect natural gas-powered motors and turbines from the entrance of liquids, solid parts and liquid aerosols. Natural gas is heated above its due point temperature, in order to avoid liquid condensation and its penetration into motors and turbines combustion chamber.
Its pre-heating system is performed with shell-and-tube heat exchangers and also with electric or water-bath heaters.
The requested final filtration assures the required quality of the Natural Gas to the turbine or motor, to assure their durability and reliability.
Piping and spools assembly, performed with high-precision welding equipment.
Our welding procedures follow ASME B31.1, B31.3 for a wide range of materials, for example carbon steel, chromium-molybdenum-V (P91), stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, Inconel and Hastelloy.
Our long-standing experience in the construction of vessels for various fields of the Oil & Gas market allows us to design and construct various types of vessels in a wide range of dimensions and materials (from stainless steel to low-temperature carbon steel, duplex, Hastelloy and other materials) according to the PED-Mod. H and ASME certifications. Our vessels are designed, realised, tested treated, painted and certified internally, within our production plant.
We can supply baseplates suitable for off-shore and on-shore applications, constructed completely in our machining area.
